I worked with an incredible doula during my pregnancies, and I credit my peaceful journey and birth to her support and guidance. As a lifelong nurturer and supporter of women, it hit me one day - being a doula is what I should be doing! Offering support, guidance, advice, knowledge, love, and healing to others during the most magical and transformative time of their lives.

From that initial thought, I was off. I took as many courses and trainings as possible, and immersed myself in any and all things pregnancy/birth/postpartum education.

I am a certified doula, childbirth educator, and mom of two. Think of me as your pregnancy, birth and parenting BFF - someone you trust to tell it like it is, with the bonus of knowledge gained from extensive trainings and experiences.

I know what it's like to want your birth to be more than a medical experience; one where you are valued and respected and so is your birth. I also know what it's like to be SO excited for your appointments with your OBGYN, only for them to last 5 minutes (after waiting an hour) without getting any of your questions answered.

That's why I'm here, to be:
