I know what it's like to want your birth to be more than a medical experience; one where you are valued and respected and so is your birth. I also know what it's like to be SO excited for your appointments with your OBGYN, only for them to last 5 minutes (after waiting an hour) without getting any of your questions answered.

That's why I'm here, to be:

Childbirth Coaching

1:1 support for pregnancy and postpartum. Stop the frantic 3 a.m. googling and let’s talk. If you want a full doula experience but still want support and guidance, this is it.

It’s about to be a wild ride.

Having a baby can be an overwhelming and isolating experience - there's so much information out there, it all seems so black and white and conflicting, and your OB spends 2 seconds with you during your visits. You need some guidance and info, and a friendly face would be nice. That's what I'm here for! To guide you, encourage you, support you, and make sure you have some fun along the way.
